We bought Penlan Farm in 2013 with the aim of bringing a 300 year old farm back to working life.   Today we have more than a hundred Mangalitza pigs on site and are embedded within the local farming community, cooperating with local suppliers and contractors.

Our aim is to breed the UK’s purest Mangalitza pigs by carefully managing our stock so that colour and bloodline are uncrossed.

Our pioneering natural, recycled feed system and outdoor paddock layout allow us to manage all aspects of our pigs’ lives for maximum welfare.     When the end comes, we drive our pigs to the small local abattoir ourselves after which our expert chilled transportation contractor personally delivers our animals to our customers.
